Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using Progeny Hub you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your content

You own everything you upload. By uploading, you grant Progeny Hub a limited license to store and display your content to vault members you authorize. We claim no ownership of your family's memories.

3. Acceptable use

Progeny Hub is for personal family use only. You may not use it to store illegal content, infringe third-party rights, or harass other members. Vault admins are responsible for member conduct.

4. Payments and refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or as a one-time charge. You may cancel at any time. Refunds for monthly plans are not provided for partial billing periods. Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable after 30 days.

5. Service availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for data loss caused by circumstances outside our control.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of Progeny Hub is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days.

8. Limitation of liability

Progeny Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
